I liked how you included your creative portion into the website itself, especially by putting it in the beginning. Similar to the idea of my piece, where I stated visuals like an infographic capture the audience’s interest and they want to read more about the subject. the visual itself was organized very well and gave a brief insight into what will be discussed more thoroughly in your essay portion. My favorite part was that you included a combination of pictures and graphics to make it pop and connect to the wording.
As for your essay portion, I like that there were phrases bolded, as they popped out and instantly grabbed my attention. The only downside of this is I was more tempted to skim and just read those bolded sentences. I found the section on copyright also known as “filing off the serial numbers.” I was always curious about how fanfiction writers were able to use characters and ideas from famous story lines, but seeing as they are not making profit, I can see the leniency. One aspect I am curious about is Disney fanfiction, since Disney is so strict about using their characters. As they are becoming more open to people using their characters for memes, as it drives popularity, I wonder if they allow the same in fanfiction. Overall, I loved the format and content of your project!
