Annie leibovitz is a famous American female photographer, she js one of the world’s highest paid photographer. She is famous for its unique style of portrait photography. She was born in Connecticut in 1949, Annie Shot for Rolling Stone magazine while studying at the San Francisco School of The Arts in 1969. She became the chief photographer of Vanity Fair in 1983 and she is a contributor to VOGUE magazine. She photographed not only celebrity portraits but also war theme. The first photo I want to share is Annie. We can see that this is a selfie of her. She was supposed to have taken the picture with a mirror. The composition is simple and the background is simple. The warm tone of the background determines the color tone of the whole picture. This photo of Annie reveals the confidence of successful women.
This was the cover of Rolling Stone in 1981 and was the last photo of Lennon. Lennon was shot in hours after the photo was taken. Annie took this photo of John Lennon curling up and hugging Yoko One. John Lennon: “You’ve captured our relationship exactly. Promise me it’ll be on the cover. ”
Because of my love for Disney, Annie’s series of photos for Disney are my favorite. Disney Dream Portraits is a Disney Parks initiative Annie Leibovitz.
There’s a great idea underneath all these photographs. The Annie Leibovitz would have executed what should have been impossibly beautiful live-action Disney images with aplomb. Also, Annie is more of a delegator of post-production processes. Annie’s style just doesn’t have a set style. She always creates something new and never stop changing. She said “ I don’t think of myself as a photographer, but as an artist using photography as a medium.”
