Summary: For my perception studies assignment, I have chose the mental illness of depression. Depression affects a number of people around the world, a lot of them include college students like us with a total of 41% of all college students (Source Here). This mental illness can effect ones perception ins many ways, lack of taste and smell and hypersensitivity are just to name a few. For my presentation, I chose to look into the the life of someone who  locks himself in his room to escape the world, lack of focus and motivation is a big symptom of depression and I tried to convey that with a messy, cluttered room and a man stowed away in his room.
