Secretary/Assistant at Rainbow Pediatrics (2004-2012)

As a secretary, I had many responsibilities and performed them efficiently. Part of my duties were to communicate with patients. I scheduled their check-ups and helped them fill out certain forms. I also gave them any information regarding payments, prescription information, and any general concerns. Moreover, I was charged with keeping every patient’s files organized, updated, and ready for the doctor to use.

As an assistant to the head doctor, I also followed her closely when it came to check-ups and physicals. I helped her in various aspects from simply recording information to performing basic physical examinations such as eye exams.
