This project was based on Fear and darkness. I love the paranormal but with that comes a huge fear of what you can’t see.

Here I’ve shown the fear you feel when heading into darkness, the fear of being dragged away, the fear of getting touched in the dark and the fear of seeing something in the dark(this one is more related to death and the reaper. It was largely influenced by images of Jesus with the shine behind his head as he held his arms out to his followers.)

They’re lit with 1 light to get a very dramatic feel, bleeding into darkness. The death image was shot with 3 lights. One to light the figure, one for a rim light and one to create almost like a Halo.
