In learning to convert audio to video, I’m keeping the posts short so that I can learn more through volume.
Li-Young Lee allowed me to read and post pieces of his. I have also posted two of the talks I gave in the Spring. Coming up, I will dive into historic poets, like Christina Rosetti, and research archived letters, such as one that Christopher Columbus wrote to the King of Spain while stranded in a port where he was not allowed to disembark.

In the meantime, enjoy a small selection of pieces from the channel (notice how in “A Hymn to Childhood,” there is no intro graphic, but in “A Story,” there is. These small differences are adding up, and over the course 20-30 videos, I’ll hopefully improve so that this channel will be as good as any other representing the humanities):
