Hello!
I’m Meghana, a Ph.D. student in the Biomedical Engineering department here at Stony Brook University. My main area of research is investigating the effects of long term culture on the phenotype of recombinant yeast cells.
A typical weekday in my new graduate life revolves around my lab, my department, my colleagues and classes. Weekends spent in New York City and Port Jefferson fuel me for another graduate life week, but then again I wouldn’t choose anything different for my life. Because it’s been a great experience being here!
