Although extroverts may find success in Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In leadership movement that advocates women to be vocal and assertive, this approach may “damage [introverts] on a personal level.” Instead, quiet leadership and a diversity of leadership style should be praised.
This quiet style of leadership praises nurturing, motivational tactics, collaboration and empathy.
