Performed team-based projects involving deep learning and polyp identification in the human abdomen using CTC. My main responsibilities included modifying code to adapt deep-learning software to more accurately categorized polyp malignancy, constructing regions of interest for deep-learning software to successfully identify polyps, attend laboratory meetings and resolve issues that arise in the research process

Biomedical Engineering research with a focus on tissue engineering related to cutaneous wound healing and prevention of cell senescence. I am currently culturing cells for the purpose of mapping the transcriptome between young and old sun-protected human dermal fibroblasts, to determine potential causes of differences in time-scales for cells entering senescence between age groups and different therapy groups.
