  1. Hey Jiaming, great job with your project! The footage you captured is very interesting and it provides great insight into the life of Nick Lin. Watching the video, I felt like I got to know him and the life he lives here in New York. My favorite parts of the film definitely have to be when he is singing in the car or to the TV. I would recommend adding in some B-roll footage to help add diversity to the shots taken for the documentary. All in all, well done!

  2. I really like your incorporation of diegetic sounds in your film to make everything feel a lot more immersive. I also like how personal your film is with the interviewees and getting an inside look in their life. It feels personal, getting to sit in the car with him and seeing him play video games, he feels very relatable. Although, I feel like your transitions are very sudden and jarring, which makes the flow and pacing feel a little awkward at times.
