  • A commercial jetting device (MicroFab Technologies, Inc.) to generate single micrometer sized aerosol particles.
  • Scanning mobility particle sizer (SMPS) to determine submicrometer size distributions consisting of differential mobility analyzer (DMA) and condensation particle counter (CPC).
