Today, Ruhi subbed out her shift to Victoria. It was a slow morning. Victoria asked me to prepare everything on the help desk computer, which really means sign in with the consultant account, sign into Velero and sign into the email. Unfortunately I do not have access to the email however, I found out the log in from a secret binder student help desk consultants has!

The binder has a lot of information about help desk. There are phone numbers to the proper staff members and even log in information just incase we forget it.

It was also a day when Diana Voss went to a conference in Providence, Rhode Island. She showed off all the consultants on SB Connect. Victoria created a sign using the whiteboard that said “Hello, Providence!” It was really cool. I bet we looked a little strange to the people who were using the CoLAs however we like to do what we can to support Diana.
