Shadowing is an important component in this internship because what is more rewarding than learning from your superiors?
I look forward to shadowing the current senior consultant (Help Desk Consultants & Site Managers) and to learn as much as they can teach me. In my previous internships, I have found working with a superior to be beneficial. I learn a lot when I am involved rather than reading the rules and regulations. It gives me great exposure and as an intern I can mess up before I become a senior consultant.
