A year ago, I was honored to be part of the TLT internship to become a senior consultant. Now, I am fortunate enough to give back by being a mentor and help future senior consultants/help desk consultants succeed. It is also the first time, since 2014, that I edited this blog. I hope that I have not only improved my writing skills but also my ability to teach.

Here’s to another chapter in my TLT career.
