It has gotten to that point where my mentors has over looked the simple things in what we do. Today, Diane showed me how to sign into Velero. Simple, yes? Of course but crucial as a Student technician, especially if you are the first one at the desk or if you restarted the computer. I basically searched up for the program on the computer and since I do not have access, Diane has to sign in herself.

We went over some emails and refreshed my memory of various issues the help desk usually encounters.
