The telephone in Main is one that I have never seen before.  It was pretty old. Today, I was in charge of Main! It is such a huge responsibility but I got a chance to experience what it is like to watch over the site and to make sure the workers are doing their jobs.

The first thing Parth wanted me to get use was the transferring phone calls. The phone is main is very different because it is smaller and the transfer method is extremely different. I am use to transferring calls but this phone definitely had me stumped!

First I was told to call a remote site. The consultant would pick up and then I would let them know it was Main calling and ask them to hold so I can call another person and do a conference call. It was really hard at first because I didn’t know what I was clicking.

However I figured it out and this is great for consultants who call Main and ask for Rose and Pam as well as Surprise phone calls to make sure the consultants are on their toes.
