The iconic Trader Joe’s Speculoos Cookie Butter has earned the hearts (and tastebuds) of many. One day, I decided the lines were simply too long to wait on for a jar and recreated it at home. After some trials, I have put my own spin on a recipe that is unique and just as delicious. I love experimenting with new flavor combinations and value any input from all of you! Pair your cookie butter with crackers, banana bread, oatmeal, waffles, or even right out of the jar. The combinations are endless and I can’t wait to see your creations!

Currently I offer:

• Churro: a blend of cinnamon, cardamom, and sweet vanilla
• Chocolate: rich cacao paired with sugar crystals
• Ginger: a mild ginger flavor mixed with nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves
