Here is my ultimate list for everything I ever get from the grocery store. I make an effort to buy plastic free and in bulk, but sometimes it is not an option. As long as we are consciously consuming and choosing mindfully, we are making a difference! Happy shopping!

  • Matcha powder (I get the brand matchaDNA on-line!)

  • Trader Joe’s Almond Mint Chocolate Beverage (seasonal, but TOO GOOD)

Miscellaneous-

  • Nutritional yeast (parmesan cheese substitute!)
  • Hemp seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Cacao powder
  • Vegetable broth
  • Nuts: walnuts, almonds, cashews
  • Vitamins: B12 and iron
  • Pizza sauce
  • Ground cardamom

  • Butter (earthbalance or country crock plant butter)
