Mohammad Delasay is an Associate Professor of Operations Management at Stony Brook University‘s (SBU) College of Business. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Alberta and held a Visiting Assistant Professor position at Carnegie Mellon University before joining SBU.

His research is centered on enhancing the performance of service and healthcare systems through applied stochastic models and data analytics. He has published papers on these topics in Operations Research, Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research, Health Care Management Science, and various other journals.

He teaches the Operations Management and Supply Chain Analytics courses.
