Mr. LaPointe will present a summary of his recommendations one at a time, leaving time for discussion/suggestions from the Council and then the audience before moving forward. Since there are going to be two additional meetings for public comments in August (one in Suffolk and the other in Nassau County), voting by the Council will be most constructive at our September meeting.
