On-Campus Accommodation

Accommodation will be in student housing suites on the campus at Stony Brook Southampton. Housing is  just a 5 min walk from the Marine Science Center.

Suites will be single gender, but we plan for a few suites for married couples. Unfortunately, children are not allowed in student housing suites. If you want to bring your children you will need to book off-site accommodation (see below).

Room costs are included in the registration fee with a single and a double occupancy rate option.

Rooms can be booked for an additional night (Friday 11 – Saturday 12 August 2017) at extra cost ($65 double room, $80 single room).

Please note that Stony Brook University is a tobacco-free campus.

Off-Campus Accommodation

There is only a limited number of hotels close to the conference venue. Reserve a room as soon as possible.
