Because the number of conference participants is limited,  registration is a 2-step process: Pre-registration will allow you to submit your contact information as well as title and abstract of your oral/poster/film festival contribution, if applicable. Pre-registration does NOT guarantee your acceptance but all pre-registrations will be considered until the maximal number of registered participants is reached.  The organization committee will evaluate pre-registrations at regular intervals beginning April 10th and invite for full registration, which then includes billing instructions.

Registration fee will be US $ 650 (double occupancy)  and 750 (single room) and include conference fee, accommodation and meals. Registration fee excluding accommodation will be US $ 450.
