In the hopes that I do well in the coming years and secure my Biomedical Engineering degree, I would like to pursue a career in the field of medicine. Of course this would mean continuing my education for several more years at a medical school. Within the medical field I would like to use my knowledge from Biomedical Engineering as well as a fellowship in Sports Medicine to work with athletes. This would include working with sports teams, perhaps at a college or club level, in order to help struggling athletes with injuries or physical limitations (disabilities, chronic injuries, etc) get back to their sport in the healthiest way possible. I aspire to secure this career because it would combine my curiosities for medicine and engineering, as well as my passion for sports and athletics.
