There will be two poster sessions:
Friday, June 5, 2015 from 5:00 – 6:00 pm in Charles B. Wang Center, Zodiac Lobby
Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 3:00 – 3:45 pm in Charles B. Wang Center, Zodiac Lobby
Presenters will be available during the poster sessions and posters will on display for the duration of the symposium.
The conference organizers will provide an easel for each poster and a poster board with dimensions of 36 x 48 in. (the rough equivalent of 91 x 122 cm). Only one side of the board can be used for displaying the poster. We will also provide staples, pushpins and tape.
When preparing the poster, please comply with the following guidelines:
- The size of the poster should be equal to or less than 36 x 48 in.
- include the title, the name(s) or the author(s), and a short abstract, followed by the key example material and the major ingredients of the analysis. (In the case of structures, please provide trees rather than labeled bracketings.)
- Use a font for the title which is large enough to be read from a distance of approx. 15 feet (about 5 meters). The rest of the poster should be printed in letters that can be read from approx. 6 feet (2 meters).
