Hey there! My name is Veronica Fox and I am in the Biomedical Engineering Graduate School at Stony Brook University, pursuing a Masters degree as part of the accelerated BE/MS program. I am currently working for the World Trade Center Health Program in collaboration with the Program of Public Health under the guidance of Dr. Sean Clouston. The research focuses on the synergistic effects of PTSD and 9/11 exposures on cognitive aging, observed using MRI and PET/MRI. In my time at Stony Brook, I worked as a Resident Assistant for 2 years, served as the Social Chair, Outreach Chair, and Vice President for the Biomedical Engineering Society, and currently act as the Science and Society Quad Assistant for Campus Residences. Outside of school, my interests include singing and musical theatre. When given the time, I love to perform in theaters across Long Island.
