Every Little Thing She Does is Magic

The Police remind us one of the biggest rules in formal English in their hit, “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic.”
Subject and verbs must always agree.
“Everything she do just turns me on.”
Perhaps Sting is sticking to Police’s early reggae/ska feel. However, subjects and verbs must agree with one another in number (singular or plural). If a subject is singular, its verb must also be singular; if a subject is plural, its verb must also be plural.
So in this case, the correct wording for this would be,
“Everything she does just turns me on.”
Another example, “The people do not want another dog.” People is singular, as is “do.”
This cute example featuring puppies, helps clear things up.
