AMS361: Applied Calculus IV
Fall ’23 (T/T 4-5:20 pm) and Spring ’24 (T/T 2:30-3:50 pm)
(All lectures and tests are in person during Spring ’24.)
Course Description
This course intends to teach multiple methods for solving ordinary differential equations and systems of them in addition to presenting the basic ideas of constructing such equations. More specifically,
- First-Order Differential Equations
- Mathematical Models and Numerical Methods
- Linear Equations of Higher Order
- Systems of Differential Equations
- Nonlinear Systems
- Laplace Transform Methods
- Applications of Laplace Transform Methods for Solutions of ODEs
