The essence of my research is to achieve optimal speeds and accuracies for large-scale applications on supercomputers with millions of cores. The latest (since ~2010) projects involve multi-scale modeling of aggregating ~400 platelets (with ~400 million particles) on a 10 Pflops supercomputer. During my research career, I rotate among the following topics:

  1. Parallel Computing
  2. Monte Carlo Methods
  3. Molecular Dynamics
  4. Computational Sciences
