Agent 48 is a clone version of the original Hitman named Agent 47 who was professional hitman engineered by a group known as “The Organization”. However, there was one flaw with Agent 47 which resulted in his death. This flaw was love. When he fell in love with a French woman, he lost his desire to kill and instead wanted to get rid of the group who created him. To do so, he formed his own group of assassins called The Renaissance whose job is to eliminate The Organization. However, The Organization saved the DNA used to engineer Agent 47 and used it to engineer a more dangerous hitman who does not possess emotions. They hope to use the new Agent 48 to eliminate Agent 47 and his organization for betrayal.
