I just used GIMP for this animation to draw it rather than GWD, since I wanted something that didn’t just move pieces. This is just an animation of a mahjong tile being flipped over and over, switching the tiles between East, North, West, South, and looping. I decided on this since I liked to play, and because I thought it would be useful as some sort of a loading/waiting icon,. I originally wanted to loop through more tiles, but the specification was to make it around 3-5 seconds, so I just chose the 4 cardinal direction tiles. The green, lighter shade of gray, and color scheme are just the most common color scheme for a mahjong tile.
