I’ve always been fascinated in space exploration since I was a kid, and I felt that my portrait lent itself well for a space theme. I used a mask to blend my black jacket into the space background, this allows my face to remain the focal point of the image. I used the clone tool to help remove some blemishes from my face, and also added a feather around my body to help evenly blend the image. Finally, I applied some brightness/contrast changes and used a cool filter to help tie the composition all together.
