The New York Marine Sciences Consortium invites you to attend our 3rd Annual Meeting on October 8, 2010 at Dowling College, Oakdale, Long Island. The theme of this year’s meeting is “Science in support of Ecosystem-based management for Long Island’s South Shore bays”. The morning plenary session will focus on the Great South Bay. The afternoon session will include contributed papers on any of the South Shore bays (including Jamaica Bay) and a contributed poster session more broadly open to presentations on any aspect of urbanized estuaries.
