Fit Tip of the Week!

Tips For Your Summer Workouts:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Don't exercise as hard when it's hot and take rest breaks.
3. Stay in the shade when you can.
4. Avoid exercising during the hottest times of the day.
5. Wear light-colored, breathable clothes.
5. Watch for signs of heat exhaustion, such as nausea, dizziness, cramps, and headache. - If you notice any signs, stop your activity right away, cool off, and drink fluids.
