So i’ve tried shooting makeup in the set up used in “Things Organized Neatly”
One thing I like and dislike is the use of backgrounds, I think it makes it feel more personal but at the same time I will try reshooting these on a flat white surface to see how it appears as well. The concept would be a page with the subjects hand written description of confidence on the left and an image like this on the right, then the subjects portrait on the next page.
