Tech Assessment

Stony Brook’s dorming population is in need of a platform that gives students the ability to receive/ offer acts of service. This application will require a mobile device of ipad connected to internet service. It’ll also require a NetID to be accessed only by students. 

This platform will be beneficial to the campus community by providing the ability for students to exchange a service for something that they need and not being deterred by finances. 

As stated this application will be able to be accessed via a mobile device or ipad. As far as testing, we as a group, will interact with the application and implement changes as needed. In order to ensure the application is functional and practical, testing it across 10 students will aid the development process. 

This application will be deployed at the end of the semester giving students the ability to use this resource in the Fall.
