The Calidore Quartet’s recent release on Signum Classics, the Late Beethoven String Quartets has recently been selected as one of three finalists for the BBC Music 2024 Chamber Award. During their previous residency at StonyBrook, the Calidores worked under the mentorship of the Emerson String Quartet while being the ESQI-invited Quartet-in-Residence from 2014-2016 and were also the recipients of the prestigious M-Prize in 2016.
